Job Description – Collection Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Collection Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of the collections team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Collections
- Strong knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies
- Proven ability to handle team productivity and target achievement
- Good communication and people management skills
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working
- 1 rotational weekly off
