Job Description
We are hiring Collection Executives for a leading finance company.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to follow up on pending payments and account status.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
- Update customer interaction details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolution and closures.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets as assigned.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- 0–3 years experience in collections / telecalling / customer follow-up
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English, local language preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
