Job Description
- Execute outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments
- Clearly communicate outstanding dues and negotiate appropriate repayment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate call records in CRM systems
- Follow standardized call scripts and ensure compliance with collection protocols
- Collaborate with internal collections and recovery teams for escalated cases
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and recovery targets
- Ensure a positive customer interaction experience while maintaining firm follow-up
Provide timely reporting and updates to the Team Lead
