Collections Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of collection agents.
• Set and monitor performance targets for the team.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Analyze collection data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance.

• Qualifications: 10th Pass,experience in finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of collection processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
