Commercial Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end commercial operations including sales orders, invoicing, and documentation.

• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, finance, and distributors to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.

• Prepare and verify invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related commercial documents.

• Track receivables, follow up with customers/distributors for timely collections, and assist in reconciliation.

• Maintain records related to pricing, schemes, discounts, and trade promotions.

• Assist in preparing MIS reports related to sales, margins, collections, and outstanding balances.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Support audits by providing required commercial and financial data.

• Handle customer and distributor queries related to billing, pricing, and payments.

• Maintain accurate and updated commercial data in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar).
