Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and commercial Brand Manager to lead the strategic development, positioning, and growth of Zorba Estates brand across all commercial verticals. This role will bridge market sales and design teams to drive brand performance, ensure consistency and build market presence.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
  • Define and refine brand architecture, tone of voice and value propositions for commercial real estate offerings.
  • Build brand narratives that resonate with B2B stakeholders and high net-worth clientele.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling creatives and content.
  • Oversee launch plans for new projects , ensuring high impact market Entry.
  • Market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform brand decisions
  • Analyse brand health and market perception to recommend improvements.
  • Parterships and PR
  • Co-ordinate with PR teams for brand-building initiatives and reputation management
  • Brand Governance & Internal Alignment
  • Conduct brand training and alignment workshops with internal teams and channel partners

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably within luxury, real estate.
  • Proven ability to build, grow and manage premium or luxury brands
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and commercial real estate dynamics.
  • Excellent story telling, communication and leadership skills
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
