Job Summary:

The Commercial Real Estate Management Trainee is an entry-level position designed for ambitious, driven individuals seeking a career in commercial real estate. This program provides hands-on experience across multiple facets of property and asset management. Under the guidance of senior team members, trainees will learn how to manage commercial properties, interact with tenants and vendors, support leasing activities, and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of commercial real estate assets (e.g., office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties)

Participate in planning meetings, site visits, and project reviews

Maintain accurate documentation and records for all assigned properties

Act as the first point of contact for all new leads generated through various channels (digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).

Schedule site visits or virtual tours, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in commercial real estate management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and take initiative

1 - 2 years experience in Real Estate
