Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate Honda vehicles
- Conduct product presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Follow up on leads (walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals)
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale service
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience in automobile or retail sales (0–3 years for entry-level roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
