We’re Hiring: Commis 1 – Fine Dining Latin American / Peruvian Kitchen

Are you passionate about Latin American and Peruvian cuisine and eager to refine your culinary skills in a fine dining setting? Join our kitchen team as a Commis 1 and contribute to crafting authentic yet innovative dishes that celebrate the vibrant flavors of Peru and beyond.

In this role, you will assist our chefs in preparing and presenting dishes with precision and care, ensuring consistency, quality, and impeccable plating. You’ll support mise en place, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and strictly follow hygiene and safety standards.

What we’re looking for:

Solid foundation in culinary techniques

Experience in fine dining or formal culinary training preferred

Passion for Latin American or Peruvian cuisine a plus

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a dedicated kitchen team

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
