Ø   To assist in the preparation of food

Ø    To assist in the preparation and serving of beverages to staff, clients and others.

Ø     To Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.

Ø     To wash and dry kitchen pots/utensils and ensure their proper storage.

Ø     To clean the kitchen area (floors, cookers etc).

   To Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing Machine.

Ø To prepare and cook sufficient food to provide the agreed amount of customer choice with minimum wastage

Ø  To ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures

Ø   To ensure food is prepared to required standards checking for taste, presentation and quality

Ø   To ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep up when busy

Ø   To ensure all food sent out is correctly garnished
