· Assist in preparation, baking, finishing, and plating of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods.

· Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.

· Support daily pastry production as per business requirements.

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment.

· Assist in receiving, storing, and handling ingredients as per SOPs.

· Minimize wastage by following proper storage and production practices.

· Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

· Work closely with Pastry Chefs and Senior Team Members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

· Maintain consistency and quality across all Lavonne pastry products.
