Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily bakery production including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
• Prepare mise en place as per production plans
• Follow standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines
• Handle dough preparation, baking, and finishing based on skill level
• Operate bakery equipment safely and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
• Support senior bakers during production and peak hours
• Reduce wastage and report quality or spoilage issues
• Assist in training junior team members (Commis I level)
• Adhere to company SOPs, safety guidelines, and policies
