Job Description

We are looking for disciplined, fast, and process-driven kitchen professionals to run daily kitchen operations.

  • This is not a hotel-style slow kitchen. This is a QSR environment where speed, consistency, hygiene, and teamwork matter more than ego.Food Production & ServiceExecute daily food production as per approved recipes and SOPs
  • Ensure speed of service during peak hours without compromising quality
  • Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage
  • Handle multiple stations (bao/bun, dumplings, noodles, curry, prep) as assigned

Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times, Ensure proper storage, labeling, FIFO, and temperature control, Coordinate smoothly with counter and service teams, Daily prep planning based on sales forecast, Report shortages, overproduction, or spoilage immediately, Ensure zero pilferage and accountable stock usage, Adhere strictly to FSSAI food safety norms, Ensure uniform taste, texture, and presentation, Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.

  • Teamwork & OwnershipWork as a team player during rush hours
  • Take ownership of your station and responsibilities
  • Be open to training, feedback, and performance aud
