Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commi 1 to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure high-quality dishes are prepared according to standards. This role is ideal for someone with good culinary knowledge who is eager to grow in the hospitality industry.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by senior chefs.
• Ensure all ingredients are prepped and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Monitor food stock and report shortages.
• To have full knowledge of Continental / International Cuisine, Pan Asian to Mediterranean Cuisine, Italian, Mexican.
