Job Description

Food Preparation:
Chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients, following recipes and directions under the guidance of senior chefs.
Cooking:
Assisting in the cooking process, preparing dishes, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Plating:
Arranging dishes for presentation under the supervision of the chef de partie.
Inventory and Stock Control:
Monitoring stock levels, requesting supplies, and managing storage areas.
Kitchen Maintenance:
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and sanitation practices.
Assisting with Deliveries:
Helping with the acceptance and storage of deliveries.
Adhering to Procedures:
Following company procedures regarding temperature checks, food labeling, and cleaning schedules.
Teamwork:
Communicating effectively with the kitchen team and working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations.
Continuous Learning:
Developing culinary knowledge and skills through practice and learning from experienced chefs.
