Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3)

We are looking for a skilled Commi Chef with hands-on experience in North Indian cuisine to join our team at Snacc by Swiggy. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional North Indian dishes, gravies, tandoor basics, and kitchen operations within a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook authentic North Indian dishes, maintaining taste, quality, and consistency.
• Assist in pre-preparation (cutting, marination, gravy base, etc.).
• Ensure proper food portioning, plating, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Follow FSSAI, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist Chef de Partie and other senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels and report shortages on time.
• Ensure minimal wastage and proper food storage.

Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Commi Chef or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience in North Indian cuisine (curries, gravies, rotis, biryanis, etc.).

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced cloud kitchen setup.

Good understanding of kitchen hygiene & safety protocols.

Should be disciplined, punctual, and a team player.

Age limit: Up to 33 years.
