Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and hard-working commi chef to join our kitchen team in Bangalore. The candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure high-quality food standards. Company accommodation will be provided.

• Key Responsibilities Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making basic sauces.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
• Follow recipes and kitchen instructions carefully.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a commi chef or kitchen assistant.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with good discipline and work ethic.
• Culinary training or a hotel management diploma is preferred (not mandatory).
