Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals from the telecom broadband sector to join our Community Operations team. The ideal candidate will handle fiber operations and basic customer sales and support at the field level. This role requires strong technical skills in broadband installation and maintenance, along with the ability to engage with premium customers in a professional manner.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform splicing, crimping, internal wiring, and router configuration.
• Deliver installation and post-installation technical support to customers.
• Carry out basic field-level sales and promotional activities.
• Interact with customers professionally and handle queries efficiently.
• Ensure smooth and timely resolution of service requests.
• Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Candidate Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1.6 years in the Telecom – Broadband sector (Mandatory)
• Language: Fluent in Kannada and basic spoken English
• Preferred Background: Candidates from a telecom field background with prior experience in field sales.
