Computer Hardware Technician

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Hardware Technician with at least 5 years of practical experience in IT hardware servicing and team coordination. The role involves handling complete repair, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of laptops, desktops, printers, and other related IT equipment.

The candidate should be confident in diagnosing issues quickly at client locations and providing effective solutions with minimal downtime. Since this is a field-based role, strong technical knowledge, a responsible approach, and a service-oriented mindset are very important.

In addition, the candidate should be capable of maintaining strong and professional client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of service requests, and providing clear and accurate service updates and reports to both clients and management. The candidate must also have working knowledge of CCTV systems, biometric devices, networking, and related IT equipment. Strong coordination skills, sound technical expertise, and a proactive service-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
