Construction Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Construction Engineer for residential house projects.

Mandatory requirements (please apply only if you meet all):

• Excellent orator with strong client communication skills

• Fluent in Kannada & English

• Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, rate analysis and quantity take-off from drawings

• Prior client-facing experience in residential construction (builder-side)

Role includes:

• Calling leads / plot owners and explaining construction process, scope of work and cost structure

• Handling enquiries, follow-ups and coordinating site visits up to agreement signing

• Explaining BOQ and cost breakup clearly and addressing price-related questions

• Coordinating with site and office team

Good to have (not mandatory):

• Basic AutoCAD knowledge

• Awareness of BBMP / BDA / BIAAPA approval rules (training provided)

• Additional languages – Hindi / Telugu / Tamil

Experience: 2–4 years

Qualification: Diploma / BE Civil

Location: North Bangalore

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + performance incentives (Incentives are performance-linked and designed for candidates in the 2–4 year experience bracket)

Note : This role is strictly intended for candidates with 2–4 years of builder-side residential construction pre-sales / QS experience.Candidates with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered.
