Key Responsibilities: 

• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical guidance and advice on construction methods, materials, and equipment. 
• Project Planning:
• Develop and review construction plans, schedules, and layouts. 
• Site Management:
• Oversee daily operations, including workforce supervision, material procurement, and quality control. 
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. 
• Budget Management:
• Monitor and manage project budgets and costs, ensuring project stays within allocated funds. 
• Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, records, and documentation. 
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. 
• Problem Solving:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during construction. 
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards. 
• Resource Management:
• Oversee the efficient use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials
