1. Supervision and Management:

• Supervising workers:

• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. 

2. Safety and Security:

• Ensuring safety:
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all personnel. 
• Conducting site inspections:
• Regularly inspecting the site to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. 
• Handling emergencies:
• Responding to emergencies effectively and implementing appropriate procedures. 

3. Project Management:

• Monitoring progress:
• Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to project stakeholders. 
• Ensuring quality:
• Checking the quality of work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications. 
• Managing costs:
• Monitoring project costs and tracking materials and equipment to stay within budget. 

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintaining records:
• Keeping detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material deliveries. 
• Preparing reports:
• Completing site reports and other documentation as required by project managers and stakeholders. 

5. Other Responsibilities:

• Interpreting plans: Understanding and interpreting construction plans and blueprints to ensure proper execution of tasks. 
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues or problems that arise on the site. 
• Training and development: Providing training and development opportunities for workers.
