Construction / Site Supervisor

Role overview : The civil engineer will oversee and manage on-site civil construction works. The person ensures that construction is executed according to approved drawings, specification , quality norms , safety standards , project schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities and Duties : Review and interpret construction drawings , plans , specifications and project documentation to understand scope and requirements before execution.

Carry out site set-out , leveling , surveying and layout activities before and during construction

Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities / labour / sub contractors to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.

Ensure materials used on site are as per specification, check material quality, quantities, workmanship and usage - supervisor supply, usage and stock of construction materials and plant/equipment
