Content Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media, blogs, email, and website.

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.

• Research industry trends and competitors to generate strong and relevant content ideas.

• Write short-form and long-form content including captions, ad copies, blogs, product/service descriptions, and landing page content.

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to improve engagement and reach.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and enhance brand awareness.

• Work closely with product and operations teams to gather insights for improved storytelling.

• Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and narrative across all communication channels.

Video Editing & Post Designing Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create video content for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Ads).

• Edit videos with transitions, motion graphics, effects, captions, and suitable audio.

• Design high-quality graphics, posters, banners, and creatives supporting marketing campaigns.

• Create reusable and brand-consistent templates for daily/weekly posting.

• Manage end-to-end creative execution—from brainstorming to final delivery.

• Ensure all visual content follows brand style guidelines and strengthens visual identity.

• Stay updated with current design trends, video styles, and platform content best practices.
