Content Writer

Leap Quest is a premium MBA admissions consulting firm helping ambitious professionals from India and around the world secure admits to top global business schools like INSEAD, LBS, HEC Paris, NYU Stern, Kenan-Flagler, and more often with substantial scholarships and GMAT/GRE waivers. We are currently hiring Content Writers who can help craft high-impact application documents including resumes, essays, letters of recommendation, and scholarship essays.

The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, a strong sense of narrative, and the ability to transform a client’s background into compelling stories aligned with top B-school values. You’ll collaborate closely with our admissions strategists to understand each applicant’s journey, goals, and school-specific requirements. Your work will include drafting and editing MBA application essays (career goals, leadership, failures, diversity, etc.), polishing CVs tailored for business schools, creating LORs based on recommender inputs, and helping students articulate scholarship-worthy achievements. This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role that demands creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others succeed.

We’re looking for candidates with 1–3 years of writing or editing experience, preferably with a background in journalism, communications, business, or English literature. Experience with MBA applications is a huge plus, but not mandatory, we’re happy to train the right storyteller. You should be able to manage multiple client profiles and deadlines efficiently while maintaining quality and confidentiality. Familiarity with top MBA programs, strong editing skills, and the ability to think strategically will give you an edge.
