Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-managed Content Writer who can go beyond just writing. The ideal candidate will work directly with business owners to understand their brand deeply, analyze competitors, research industry trends, and develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversions across websites, brochures, catalogs, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sit with business owners and understand their business model, brand voice, goals, and target audience.

2. Conduct competitor analysis and identify content opportunities.

3. Develop clear client personas and tailor content accordingly.

4. Perform industry research and stay updated with current market and consumer trends.

5. Create compelling, persuasive content for Websites

7. Brochures & Catalogues

8. Social Media Ads & Posts

9. Ensure content aligns with brand tone and business goals.

10. Use SEO best practices (basic level is acceptable) and incorporate keywords naturally.

11. Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to ideate, draft, and refine content faster and smarter.

12. Manage projects independently and meet deadlines consistently.

13. Collaborate with designers, strategists, and digital teams to execute content vision effectively.

Requirements:

1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

2. Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills to extract insights from clients.

3. Strong research skills and the ability to grasp the pulse of different industries quickly.

4. Awareness of market trends and how to translate them into relevant content.

5. Familiarity with basic SEO concepts and willingness to learn and adapt.

6. Self-starter with high accountability and time management.

7. Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply them.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

1. Experience in writing ad copies.

2. Basic knowledge of Canva or visual storytelling tools.
