Continental and Chinese cuisine needs to prepare and present authentic dishes, manage kitchen operations like inventory and hygiene, and collaborate with staff. Key duties include menu planning, ensuring food quality and safety, supervising junior cooks, minimizing waste, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

• Food preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Continental and Chinese dishes to high standards of taste and presentation.
• Menu planning: Design and develop menus, which may include creating new recipes and enhancing existing ones.
• Kitchen management:
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
