Job Title: Continental Chef – Café

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Continental Chef to lead food preparation and presentation in our café. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in continental cuisine, exceptional plating and presentation skills, and the ability to innovate menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality continental dishes in accordance with café standards.
• Ensure visually appealing, artistic plate presentation for all menu items.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and food aesthetics.
• Develop and introduce new menu items aligned with current food trends and customer preferences.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor food quality, storage, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with management on seasonal specials and menu updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef in a café or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of continental cuisine techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent plating, garnishing, and food presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design new menu concepts.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary certification or relevant training preferred.
