Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Cook to prepare high-quality continental dishes in accordance with standard recipes. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Western cuisine, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.

• Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes including pastas, grills, steaks, sauces, soups, and salads.
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Chef about inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and food items.
• Assist in menu planning and introducing new continental dishes.
