Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of Continental dishes including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
  • Develop new recipes and refine existing ones to meet high culinary standards.
  • Ensure all food served meets the establishment's quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control waste to ensure cost-efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create a cohesive and efficient team environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
