Job Description: The Control Tower Executive is responsible for end-to-end visibility, coordination, and issue resolution across supply chain and logistics operations. This role acts as a central point of communication between internal teams (warehouse, transport, customer support) and external vendors or customers to ensure timely execution, proactive exception handling, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Daily Operations Monitoring
*Monitor and track all active pickup, delivery, and warehouse transactions.
*Coordinate with warehouse teams, transport vendors, and customer care for real-time updates.
*Ensure all scheduled tasks (pickup/delivery/storage) are executed on time.
2. Issue Resolution and Escalation
*Identify and escalate exceptions such as delays, damages, or misrouting.
*Investigate customer complaints and operational lapses; coordinate corrective actions.
*Communicate proactively with stakeholders about delays, reschedules, or risks.
3. Documentation & Reporting
*Maintain logs of incidents, delays, damages, and customer escalations.
*Prepare daily/weekly operations reports for internal review.
*Track and close open tasks and cases related to audits, deliveries, or customer complaints.
4. Inventory and Order Coordination
*Ensure order status is accurately updated in the system (pickup completed, delivery scheduled, etc.)
*Reconcile discrepancies between system data and actual warehouse stock, if any.
*Coordinate with estimation, billing, and warehouse teams for order handover and dispatch readiness.
5. Vendor & Customer Coordination
*Liaise with vendors for timely pickups/deliveries and route optimizations.
*Support the customer experience team with status updates or resolution of customer issues.
*Follow up with vendors and internal teams for pending cases, handovers, or claims.
Required Skills & Competencies:
*Strong communication (written & verbal) in English and regional languages.
*Good understanding of logistics operations (last-mile, warehousing, etc.)
*Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
*Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
*Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/Logistics Software (e.g., Hubspot, Storeganise, etc.)
