Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Cook to prepare meals according to our menu and quality standards. The ideal candidate should maintain kitchen hygiene, manage ingredients efficiently, and ensure timely food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals as per menu requirements
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Follow food safety regulations
• Manage stock of raw materials and inform management about shortages
• Minimize food wastage
• Assist in menu planning if required
• Maintain proper storage of ingredients
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Cook (1–3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Time management skills
• Team player with good communication

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Indian / Continental / Chinese cuisine (mention your requirement)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
