Cook / Chef

We are looking for an experienced Chaat Chef who can prepare a wide variety of Indian chaat items with excellent taste, hygiene, and consistency. The candidate should be skilled in handling fast-paced food service and maintaining quality standards.

• Responsibilities:Prepare all types of chaat items, including but not limited to:
• 
  
• Pani Puri / Golgappa
• Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, Dahi Puri
• Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki Chaat
• Samosa Chaat, Ragda Chaat
• Pav Bhaji, Chole Tikki (if required)
• Prepare and manage chutneys, masalas, curd, and toppings
• Ensure taste consistency and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area
• Manage raw materials and reduce wastage
• Follow food safety standards and shop SOPs
• Coordinate with helpers and counter staff
• Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years experience as a Chaat Chef
• Strong knowledge of chaat preparation and presentation
• Ability to work during peak hours and weekends
• Physically fit and energetic
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
• Gujarati / North Indian chaat experience preferred
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: As per industry standard per month (depending on experience)
