Role & Responsibilities

* Prepare and manage North Indian, Chinese, South Indian, and Tandoor dishes - Veg/ Non Veg

* Handle daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth order execution

* Guide, train, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff

* Manage raw material planning, inventory control, and wastage reduction

* Maintain food quality, taste consistency, hygiene, and safety standards

* Coordinate with operations team for timely order fulfillment

* Support menu execution and recipe standardization as required

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong hands-on experience in multi-cuisine cooking

* Ability to handle high order volumes in a cloud kitchen setup

* Leadership skills to manage and mentor junior staff

* Smart planning of raw materials and kitchen resources

* Passion for food quality, taste, and customer satisfaction

* Experience in cloud kitchen or QSR is an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits

* 💰 Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Salary depends on skills, experience, and performance)*
