Position: South Indian Naati Chef
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic South Indian naati style dishes
- Maintain consistency in taste, spice balance, and aroma
- Handle bulk cooking during peak hours
- Ensure hygiene and kitchen discipline
- Manage prep, marination, and masala base preparation
- Participate in trial cooking before final selection
