Cook / Chef

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook to manage daily meal preparation for students residing in the school hostel. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing healthy and hygienic meals in large quantities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner
• Cook a variety of dishes (idli, dosa, sambar, rasam, roti,rice varieties, etc.)
• Ensure food hygiene, quality, and timely service
• Manage kitchen inventory and assist in purchasing groceries
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area
• Support hostel staff with meal service and coordination
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in cooking (preferably in hostels, schools,Hotels or mess)
• Ability to cook for 300+ people
• Must maintain hygiene and discipline
• Willingness to stay on campus (accommodation and meals provided)
