Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snacks
- Cook basic North & South Indian home-style dishes
- Plan simple rotating menus based on guest occupancy
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage grocery requirements and basic stock control
- Ensure timely meal service for in-house guests
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in guest house / homely cooking setup
- Ability to cook both North & South Indian basic meals
- Clean, organized, and disciplined work approach
- Willing to work flexible hours based on occupancy
