Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook:

• Burgers

• Sandwiches

• Momos

• Gobi Manchurian

• Noodles

• French Fries

• Fresh Juices & Shakes

• Maintain taste consistency and presentation

• Manage kitchen operations independently

• Take care of inventory (stock checking, raw material monitoring, informing for restocking)

• Reduce wastage and maintain cost control

• Ensure kitchen and café cleanliness at all times

• Follow proper hygiene and food safety standards

• Handle rush hours efficiently
