Cook / Chef

We are looking for an experienced chef who can independently prepare all types of starter items, especially Chinese and bar side dishes.

Cooking Knowledge Required:

Chicken starters: Chilli Chicken, Manchurian, 65, Pepper Chicken, Fried Chicken, etc.

Mutton starters: Pepper Mutton, Fried Mutton, Dry items

Fish starters: Fish Fry, Chilli Fish, Fried Fish

Chinese-style starters & side dishes served with drinks

Proper frying, marination, sauces, and taste balance

Chef should be able to handle the kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and manage daily stock and basic accounts

Must know all chicken, mutton & fish starter items (Chinese / bar starters).

Able to manage kitchen
