Cook / Chef Continental

Hi, This role will include carrying out the following responsibilities.

1. The ideal candidate should be ready to work in a small QSR setup, churning out orders for swiggy and zomato
2. The candidate will have to keep food preparations for the menu at all times.
3. Tracking of inventory and avoiding wastage.
4. Take complete responsibility of the kitchen department and training staff on dish preparations which will mainly be assembling and preheating.
5. Keeping the kitchen wares clean and well maintained hygienically
6. The complete responsibility of the kitchen will be the responsibility of the candidate.
7. On weekly off days, will ensure that the preps are made and kept ready for the day
8. Activating and deactivating orders on swiggy and zomato platforms
9. Maintaining and ensuring that the staff replicate the food orders consistently
10. Customer complaints to be nil.
11. FDU to be stocked with fresh food at all times.
12. Be creative in coming up with new menus and update menus periodically.
13. Lastly, be accountable for the kitchen and generate revenue.
