Position Overview:
This is a full-time role requiring a skilled culinary professional to provide personalized meal preparation at a private residence for 2-3 individuals. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a variety of cuisines and bring substantial experience from high-standard hotel kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Excellence: Prepare diverse and innovative dishes across multiple cuisines, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
- Nutrition & Dietary Management: Apply knowledge of nutrition to create balanced, healthy meals, accommodating any special dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain rigorous standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols.
- Ingredient Sourcing & Inventory Management: Select quality ingredients and manage stock efficiently to minimize waste and optimize cost.
- Event Catering: Provide culinary services for special events or larger gatherings as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in a hotel or similar high-volume culinary environment is essential.
- Culinary Skills: Expertise in a wide range of cuisines with a strong creative flair.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
