Corporate Sales Executive / Guest Relations Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and presentable professional for a dual role combining Corporate Business Development (day shift) and Guest Relations (evening shift). This role is ideal for someone who can drive business growth while also delivering an exceptional in-restaurant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Day Shift (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM) – Corporate BDE

Identify and connect with corporate clients for bulk bookings, team lunches, and events

Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, field visits, and networking

Build and maintain relationships with HRs, admin teams, and decision-makers

Pitch restaurant offerings for corporate tie-ups and recurring business

Coordinate with internal teams for event execution and client requirements

Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversions

Evening Shift (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM) – Guest Relations

Welcome and assist guests with seating and reservations

Ensure a premium dining experience and handle guest queries

Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations

Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution

Build rapport with repeat customers and enhance guest loyalty

Upsell special menus, events, or offers when relevant

Requirements

1–3 years experience in sales / business development / hospitality / front office

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable personality with a customer-first approach

Comfortable with both corporate interactions and guest-facing roles

Basic knowledge of corporate sales or hospitality operations is preferred

Proactive, target-driven, and confident

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Corporate BDE)

5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Guest Relations)

Split shift role | Weekly off as per roster

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives on corporate conversions + performance bonuses
