 Greet and direct customers

 Use pleasant language and anticipate your clients' requirements to build and maintain a

positive relationship with them.

 Give knowledge & correct guidance to customers while they are making their purchase.

 Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.

Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and

customer satisfaction.

 Eensure racks are fully stocked take care of the display

 Manage returns of merchandise

 Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for

processing

 Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain

customer loyalty

 Inform customers about discounts and special offers

 Providing after Sales service to the customers. Maintaining Inventory & Collection of

Customer Data
