Counter Sales Executive

We are a retail Jewelry company specialized in Designer Silver Jewelry based in Malleswaram. We are planning to grow and expand our retail operations in Bengaluru.

We are specifically looking for a dedicated candidate who demonstrates a passion for jewelry and designing, who has a thirst to grow and build their career in this luxury segment.

At Saanchi’s we provide a training in Jewelry for 2 months. Each candidate will be trained in various aspects of the business from Designing to Finishing of a Jewelry. What others learn in ‘Jewelry courses after paying lakhs’, you will learn for FREE. Key Responsibilities include driving sales by providing expert advice on jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals while delivering exceptional customer service.

·        Meet individual and team sales targets by operating POS systems, processing payments, and handling returns or exchanges.

·        Maintain tidy, secure, and visually appealing displays; assist with inventory restocking, counting, and cleaning merchandise.

·        Build rapport and maintain client records for follow-ups, repairs, or personalized service. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury or jewelry sales, is a plus.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and educate customers.
• Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry industry trends is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail for inventory accuracy and handling high-value items.
• Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, festivals and evenings. 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise up to 1kg.
• Candidates with any cardiological, neurological disorders, or psychological disorders like Depression, Anxiety/panic attacks, seizures, schizophrenia, epilepsy, bipolar disorders, PTSD, or OCD are highly discouraged to apply for this role.
