Counter Sales Executive

We're looking for enthusiastic Retail Store Associate who can deliver a warm, high-quality, and fashion-forward customer experience. As the face of Our brand in our stores, you'll guide customers through frame styling, assist with selections, and ensure every interaction reflects our premium brand ethos.

What you'll do:

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, premium store experience
• Understand customer preferences and guide them through frame styling & selection
• Assist in the eye-checkup flow by coordinating with the optometrist and preparing frames
• Explain product features, materials, lens options, and brand story with clarity
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays
• Handle billing, CRM data entry, and customer follow-up when needed
• Support inventory management: stock counts, replenishment, and product handling
• Ensure adherence to all store SOPs opening, closing, and daily checklists
• Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction throughout the journey

What we're looking for:

• Prior retail experience preferred (fashion, lifestyle, eyewear)
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Warm, confident, and well-presented someone who loves styling & fashion
• High ownership and a hands-on attitude
• Comfort with basic billing systems, POS, and CRM tools
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and fast-paced retail environments
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
