Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages to assigned locations within the scheduled time.
- Verify recipient details and ensure accurate delivery of shipments.
- Handle parcels safely and maintain package integrity.
- Use mobile apps (delivery app/pod app) for navigation, updating delivery status, and collecting digital signatures.
- Communicate with customers professionally regarding delivery timings or issues.
- Coordinate with supervisors or dispatch teams for route planning.
- Maintain delivery vehicle (bike) in good working condition.
- Follow company safety standards and traffic rules at all times.
- Report undelivered packages, address issues, and return shipments if required.
- Requirements Education: SSLC / PUC / Any Graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Age: 18–45 years (you can modify based on your need).
- Driving License: Valid 2-wheeler driving license. pan and Aadhar
- Vehicle: Own bike with valid insurance
- Skills:
- Basic communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English as per job location).
- Good knowledge of local routes.
- Ability to use smartphone apps.
- Time management and customer service skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to carry parcels, stand/walk for extended periods.
- Work Hours: Flexible/Shift-based depending on company requirements.
