Job Description
- Loan Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end processing of loan applications, ensuring all stages (Login, Sanction, Documentation, and Disbursement) move within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Data Integrity & Entry: Accurately input and verify borrower information in the LOS/LMS (Loan Management System).
- Document Verification & KYC: Conduct primary checks on KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, ITR, etc.) to ensure they meet regulatory and internal policy guidelines.
- MIS & Reporting: Extract raw data from the portal to create daily/weekly/monthly Excel reports. This includes tracking disbursement volumes, pendency lists, and rejection ratios.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between the Sales team (sourcing) and the Credit team (approval) to resolve any document deficiencies or "queries."
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure all physical and digital files are audit-ready and comply with RBI/regulatory norms.
