Job Description: Branch Support Executive (Help Desk)Company: SBOSS (Subsidiary of SBI)

Location: SBI Branch (Assigned based on proximity to home area)

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview performance)

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Any domain, with valid experience certificates)

Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates

Job PurposeTo act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the SBI branch, ensuring a smooth service experience and assisting with digital banking adoption.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance: Greet and guide walk-in customers to the correct desk/department to reduce wait times.
• Digital Migration: Help customers use self-service channels like YONO SBI, ATMs, Internet Banking, and UPI.
• Help Desk Operations: Address basic queries related to savings accounts, cards, and loan products (Agri/MSME).
• Documentation Support: Assist customers in filling out forms for account opening, KYC updates, or loan applications.
• Queue Management: Maintain order at the branch floor and ensure high-priority customers (senior citizens/differently-abled) receive timely help.
• Reporting: Log daily customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the permanent Bank Officers.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in any stream (12th Pass may be considered based on experience).
• Experience: 1+ year of professional experience in any field. Note: Must have "proper papers" (Relieving letter/Experience certificate).
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language and basic English/Hindi.
