Credit Card Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for SBI Credit Card sales.

Explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility to customers.

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

Maintain customer data and call records in the system.

Follow up with interested customers and close the sale.

Ensure daily/weekly/monthly sales targets are met.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Work as per company guidelines and compliance policies.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language).

Confidence and convincing ability.

Basic knowledge of banking/credit cards (preferred).

Ability to handle rejections and work under targets.

Positive attitude and self-motivation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Prior experience in telecalling/sales will be an added advantage.
