The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the Non-Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC) or banking sector, with a focus on secured loans in the retail space. As a Credit Manager, he will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers, reviewing financial documents, and ensuring compliance with established credit policies.
